Suzette and her husband, Jim have been involved in the real estate and construction industries for over two decades. She was formerly licensed in New Jersey in the late 80’s and member of the Ocean County and Monmouth County MLS. After moving to Florida in 1990 she became an affiliate member of the Northeast Florida Realtors Association (NEFAR) as well as a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). Her husband is a General Contractor licensed in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina in the business for 25 years. Between their real estate businesses and her experiences at working for a large media company for 16 years, Suzette brings a well rounded knowledge that make her an asset in all facets of residential resale homes and new construction scenarios.
Coming from an immigrant family, Suzette understands the importance of understanding family dynamics. Whether moving across the country or just next door, she empathizes with the needs of everyone involved in a major life change like uprooting the ones you love to a whole new place. She has a heart for people and loves helping them make the transition as smooth as possible.
